How to order

To place an order with Floralo Design please email us stating:

Your full name and address
Which picture/pictures you would like to purchase
Whether you would like it/them framed or not

Within three days we will send you an invoice asking you to pay with Paypal. Once payment is cleared your order will be delivered within two weeks.
We offer a full 14-days return policy but please contact us first and remember this covers the purchase price only.

Prices:
1 picture without frame = 3.50 EUR + postage cost of 3.00 EUR per order.
1 framed picture = 7.00 EUR + postage cost of 5.00 EUR per order.
This applies to orders with a maximum weight of 500 g (=3 framed pictures + packing materials). For larger orders please ask for a postage quote. We send all orders by first class "Prioritaire" mail. We can only accept orders from countries within the EU and from Norway.
